The short answer

Ferrari secured five titles in the Italian Gran Turismo Championship Endurance finale at Mugello, including the overall GT3 crown, after a rain-soaked race with 10 Safety Car interventions. Harmony Racing also won Race-1 of the GT World Challenge Asia finale in Shanghai.

Ferrari took the overall GT3 title, plus the GT3 Pro Am and Am crowns, in a rain-soaked finale to the Italian Gran Turismo Championship Endurance at Mugello. Two more titles came in GT Cup, where Ferrari already held Division 1 Am.

Cold, torrential rain shaped the race, which featured 10 Safety Car interventions and four Full Course Yellow periods.

Alessandro Balzan and Dylan Medler crossed the line first in Rinaldi Racing's 296 GT3 Evo, car number 45, after starting from the second row and 20 points behind the championship leader. A protest followed, and the pair were handed five seconds for a restart infringement following the last Safety Car. That dropped them to third, which was still enough to win the title on the season's points tally, a total that included victory in the opening race at Misano.

In Pro Am, David Perel and Rafael Duran took the crown for Spirit of Racing's number 50 car, where fourth place was all they needed. Ahead of them were Luigi Coluccio, Carlo Tamburini and Mattia Marchiante, who took third for Easy Race.

The Am title was an all-Ferrari affair. Leonardo Gorini and Massimo Perrina, joined by Daniel Mancinelli, took second in Easy Race's 296 GT3 Evo, car number 26, and the crown with it.

GT Cup

Division 1 Am had been settled a round earlier at Imola, when Luigi Ferrara and Francesco Galli clinched it in Krypton by DL Racing's Ferrari 296 Challenge. Division 1 Pro Am went to Edoardo Barbolini, Federico Al Rifai and Simone Patrinicola, who won the race in Spirit of Racing's number 150 296 Challenge and are Italian champions. The Division 2 Pro Am race went to Lyle Schofield, Giacomo Riva and Andrea Bodellini in SR&R's 488 Challenge, number 433.

Asia

At the final round of the GT World Challenge Asia in Shanghai, Harmony Racing's Ferrari 296 GT3 number 96 won Race-1, its third victory of the season. Kaishun Liu and Weian Chen started second, took the lead and held it to the flag.

Ferrari also had a class win in the Thailand Super Series, at the fourth and penultimate round in Buriram. Saravut Sereethoranakul and Afiq Yazid, driving PSC Motorsport's 296 Challenge, took Race-2 in the Pro class of Supercar GTM and stretched their championship lead. The last round is on 12-13 December, back at Chang International Circuit.
